(3) Click the [Synchronize] button in the PC Connect window on the computer screen.

(4) Synchronization with the computer will start, and a progress bar will appear, as

shown below. The synchronization process will take some time, depending on how

much data is to be transferred.

(5) When synchronization is finished, the PC Connect window will change as shown

below and data synchronization with Outlook will be completed.
