4.Warranty

The CLAB data‐logger is warranted to be free from defects in materials and

workmanshipforaperiodof24monthsfromthedateofpurchaseprovidedthatithas

beenusedundernormallaboratoryconditions. ThiswarrantydoesnotapplyifCLABhas

beendamagedbyaccidentormisuse.



TheCLABbatteryisaconsumableandiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterials

andworkmanshipforaperiodof12monthsfromthedateofpurchase.

locations such asdirect sunlight.Doing somay cause the battery togenerate heat,

Any changes madeby the purchaser or user without first contactingthe manufacturer
