Setting Buzzer Volume
Sets the buzzer volume to one of four levels: Large/Medium/Small/OFF.
SYNTAX

= 0 Normal
= -1 Parameter error
= -2 No response from KBC
= -3 VxD not registered (for IT-2000W only)
